This series consists of copies of account current reports submitted from the Superintendent L. E. Baumgarten of the Mount Pleasant Indian School and Agency to the Department of the Interior's Commissioner of Indian Affairs. The reports list amounts of money disbursed for various agency functions. Included are the date of the receipt, amount and an analysis of the account totals and various deductions for the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund.

Mount Pleasant Indian Industrial Boarding School in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, was established by an act of the United States Congress in 1891.
